Lori Cook is a Columbia native. She is happily married with three beautiful children, four furry best friends, four cats, and one amazing tortoise to complete the pack. Ms. Cook has an undergraduate degree and medical degree from the University of South Carolina. Lori is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and by the National Board of Physical and Surgeons (NBPAS). Lori chose this profession to help improve the lives of her patients. She believes that her patients should be participants in their healthcare treatment plans and options. She enjoys giving people the information that they need to live healthier and more fulfilled lives by taking control of their health objectives and goals.
