Next Steps

Lab Consultation

Schedule a lab consultation by filling out the form above or calling your local CHHC office. At this appointment, we will cover your medical history, goals, and financial responsibility.

Injection Draws

Once approved to begin peptides, your peptide vial will be delivered to your home. You will bring it to your follow up appointment 7-10 days later where our nurse will draw up your month of injections. *Injections are self-administered at home.

Follow Up

You will come to our office once a month to repeat this process as needed until you complete your treatment.
